Snacks

Start the evening with a delicious snack serving; Gillardeau oyster terrine with apricot compote.

 

Vegetarian: Gazpacho with croutons and semi-dried tomatoes.

 

Wine: Champagne André Jacquart, 1er Cru Vertus Expérience Extra Brut, Chardonnay

1st course

Fried scallops with lemon butter sauce and basil.

 

Vegetarian: Burrata with fig, honey-glazed walnuts and basil oil.

2nd course

Beef tartar with tarragon mayo, pickled turnip & artichoke chips.

 

Vegetarian: Fried Brussels sprouts with tarragon mayo, pickled turnips and artichoke chips

 

Wine: Nuiton Beaunoy, Pommard, Burgundy, Pinot Noir

Main Course

Beef culotte with caramelized onion, potato and parsnip purée, grilled heart salad and sauce bordelaise.

 

Vegetarian: Fried Cauliflower in brown butter with caramelised onion, mini carrots and cauliflower puree.

End the evening with a serving of Gateau Marcel with compote of wild berries.

Obs. The restaurant closes at 23.00 , where we say goodbye for tonight and wish everyone a Happy New Year. We are looking forward to an enjoyable evening!
